Breech Babies
If your baby is in the breech presentation you can see an Acupuncturist for a technique using Moxi-Bustion. You can also see a Chiropractor for the Webster Technique. Both techniques are very effective in turning breech babies. Babies can also be born breech safely.

Delayed cord-clamping sites
These sites help explain why cutting the cord until it is done pulsating is important. By delaying cord-clamping until the placenta is delivered you ensure the baby gets all of the nutrients from the placenta and their brain isn’t deprived of oxygen. This is good to do as long as it is safe for mother and baby. This ensures the baby gets all of the nutrients and has a chance to switch over to breathing oxygen.

Social Networking for Parents
You can look for moms on social networking sites like Mothering. For weekly breastfeeding meetups around you check with your local LLL. Story time at the library is a great way to meet other parents.
You may want to join a local moms group. If there are no local groups you can start your own forum for free at ning.com and recruit moms at local parks when you are playing with your child.

If your supply gets low it can be helpful to stay relaxed as possible and not supplement. If you supplement you may create a stressful cycle because the baby is not requesting your body create more milk. Mother’s milk tea helps as well and pumping as often as possible will help increase your supply. Make sure to drink plenty of water.
Nursing bras are usually found for a good price on Ebay. Your breasts may be very big for the first few months so buying affordable bras is a good idea because once your supply evens out your breasts won’t be so large. You will also be losing weight because breastfeeding usually makes you lose weight quicker. Side note: Breastfeeding is not birth control.
Post Partum care
You can buy Poise panties so you won’t have to worry about bleeding through. You may only need one pack they are about $12.00 at most stores and are very comfy.
A sits bath is when you soak your bottom in witch hazel and warm/hot water for 10-15 minutes to relieve any discomfort. For hemorrhoids you can use cotton pads and witch hazel and soak them put them in a wet wipes tub. If you are having discomfort you can wet some wash cloths and put them in little snack sandwich baggies and freeze them they will feel really nice when applied to the perineum. Taking restorative mothers multivitamin may help. Take it easy and enjoy your baby moon. Restore your body mind and soul. Accept help and feel the love. Rejoice in your amazing body. Give to yourself love until you overflow.
